LPC was formed in 1965 to develop and manage high-end real estate. Initially, LPC developed residential properties exclusively, but by the early 1970's LPC began to diversify its product line to include office, retail, and industrial properties. Early experience as a developer and owner naturally led LPC to become a premier real-estate service organization offering a full range of asset management, property management, and construction management products and services. While the uncertain nature of todays real estate markets makes local expertise more critical than ever, LPC offers the client-focused, customized real estate services demanded in today's marketplace. The knowledge and experience of our professionals places us in an excellent position to serve the needs of a diverse portfolio of clients - both large or small - including many of today's major tenants, developers, owners, institutions, lenders and investors.
